Shipping policy

Please keep in mind that there may be shipping delays and restrictions, so your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date.

Please allow some patience for your item to arrive.

If it still doesn’t arrive well past the expected date, contact me and we can discuss either a REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS IF:

-Package is still on it's way within the given estimated arrival time (this includes my PROCESSING dates of between 2 and 5 business days).

-Package was ordered as express and has not arrived within the estimated transit time. My website will usually show an estimated arrival time INCLUDING my processing dates. Please include this in as the overall delivery time frame. Your package will still be shipping faster due to the selected mail service.

Please know that we give you an ESTIMATED delivery date. This does not mean the item will show up on that exact date.

Unfortunately due to HIGH DEMAND I am sending out most packages at the latest date for the processing time (5 business days) as I am constantly creating mental health items for my lovely customers. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding!
