Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Most items being sold are personal or fragile items, therefore refunds, partial refunds, or replacements are transmitted.
To request a replacement or refund, you can contact us using the chat box in the bottom right corner of the screen.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
-Photo proof & proof of payment. Your item damage (or incorrect item received) must be proven by photo proof.
If broken upon arrival, item must be in its original packaging, and photo proof must be sent immediately. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REPLACEMENTS:
You have the right to receive a replacement for a damaged or defective item within 40 days of the order shipment.
REPLACEMENTS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR:
-You ordered the wrong item. Kindly be sure to read and double check what it is you are purchasing!
-It has passed the 40 day replacement period. (This does not apply if shipping errors or delays occur).
If it has passed the 40 day period, you have up to 60 days to receive store credit.
Once we receive video / photo proof, we ask that you pay shipping as minimum for the replacement. You will then receive store credit in the amount of your original item.
-You are unable to provide video or photo proof. If your item is broken upon arrival, please take photo proof BEFORE removing item from any packaging.
REFUNDS:
You have the right to receive a refund for a damaged or defective item within 40 days of the order shipment.
Depending on the item or bundle bought, a partial refund will be given depending on the amount of items damaged. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations:
You have the right to cancel your order within the first 3 days of purchase, for any reason and without a justification. Anytime past this date will not be accepted due to the majority of items being made to order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
